How many times have you read direction that says “real and conversational” but all you see are copy points, copy points… and more copy points? The reality is that in our current voice-over world of natural and extemporaneous, many scripts still require being able to deliver a strong dose of hard sell. Thom will share a variety of practical techniques he has developed to handle challenges typically encountered when auditioning for retail copy including over-written scripts, awkward phrasing, disclaimer tags and way too many exclamation points!!!!!
