Not only did ‘Traxer ALEX TARTOUR fly in from Hawaii to record her full commercial demo today, she positively walloped us with a belated realization: Demo Day was also her very first day at #VoicetraxSF! And as one of our “Pandemic Babies” who’s trained 100% online, marking her first day in our recording booth by doing her demo, Alex didn’t miss a beat – and she was kind enough to offer us some insight why:

“I am on cloud 9 after an amazing session with Samantha and Chuck recording my first demo today. It was surreal being in that booth and realizing how far I’ve come in these last few years with Voicetrax – a milestone I’ve dreamed of hitting! What was even more surreal was realizing that it was my first time being at Voicetrax with Sam and Chuck in person! It’s pretty incredible to feel so close to this community while behind a screen (and on an island in the middle of the Pacific) for most of these years of my training, yet somehow Voicetrax has been able to maintain a supportive, family feel even in this virtual world, and I’m forever grateful!
