FROM THE 500 GREAT REASONS FILE: Our 30th ANNIVERSARY COMPETITION SERIES continues with the VOICETRAX 500, so named because students auditioned at home to compete for a grand prize of $500 worth of Voicetrax classes! From a preliminary round of about 40 students recording home auditions, our panel of judges whittled the field down to 15 finalists, who enjoyed a Friday evening and a sunny, pizza-filled Saturday with Sam getting a comprehensive review of their work. The wrinkle: the panel of judges came to one conclusion about the winner… but Samantha came to ANOTHER!
