AMAZING VOICETRAX WONDERWOMEN…
So as promised, we’re continuing with Part II in our most recent series of good news stories and we’re happy to report that we still have many, many more coming…so keep checking back, and keep sending them in…
Since we had an all-male edition last time, this time we’re are going to focus on the Amazonian accomplishments of two of our amazing Voicetrax Wonderwomen!
First up, fantastic news! Villija Marshall just booked a national ad for Glad that just started airing a few days ago, and it’s for a wonderful cause to boot, “Cookies for Kids.” Glad just partnered with this non-profit to raise money for pediatric cancer research, and Villija does a great job with her simple, earnest, heartfelt, hopeful, and subtle delivery. (Clearly Villija was paying close attention in her Stylized Voiceover classes with Maestro P!) That’s some really lovely work, Villija. We’re all very proud of you.
And just to show how wide-ranging and diverse, this thing we call voiceover can be, the other wonderful news we’re all cheering about comes to us from the video game world (talk about a 180° turn…), where our Nicki Rapp, was awarded the 2009 Nintendo Power Award's Best New Character” as the feisty, bounty-hunter “Morgan La Flay” in the “Tales of Monkey Island" series which is sooooo incredibly RAD!!! (Nicki thanks all her ‘Trax buddies who took the time to vote early and often ;-) Awesome job, Nicki! We’re happy to see you get the recognition you so richly deserve.
